At the bottom of this construction, two lightweight bamboo strips and a unidirectional glass beam outside the laminate have been used to prevent kinks. The Duotone Wam has a cork shock absorber in the heel area. Cork has great absorption properties and deforms completely without visible dents. The Duotone Wam 2024 has a thruster fin arrangement, which allows the surfboard to turn in a narrow radius and to perform maximum in almost all types of conditions. The surfboard has Duotone's own Futures Fins compatible fin box.
